Pingaroo is a location-based reminder application designed to help users remember items when passing specific places.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
2. Accounts
- Account creation is optional
- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information
- You are responsible for activities that occur under your account
3. Location Services & Notifications
Pingaroo relies on:
- Location services (foreground/background)
- Push notifications
Disabling these features may limit app functionality.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and software associated with Pingaroo are the property of ITners Consulting Inc. and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
5. Availability & Changes
We strive to keep the app available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be updated or changed as the app evolves.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Pingaroo is provided “as is”
- We are not liable for missed reminders, device issues, or indirect damages resulting from app usage
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and where applicable, the laws of the United States.
